Bid in Person at the LIVE auction
Registered buyers have access to every IAA auction where they meet state licensing requirements. Most locations conduct auctions either weekly or bi-weekly. Please refer to our auction calendar for auction times. A listing of all IAA branch locations is available here.

Pre-bidding
Pre-bidding allows registered buyers to preview vehicles and place bids in advance of the LIVE physical auction. These bids are then represented by proxy at the live auction event.

Live Auction Internet Bidding
Live Auction Internet bidding is available at IAA through I-bid LIVE. I-bid LIVE enables registered buyers to join a LIVE auction through any Internet connection and bid in real time along with the LIVE local bidders.

Q. What are the qualifications required to open an AFC Floorplan Line of Credit?
 

A. AFC's primary business is floorplanning independent dealers. We strive to approve credit for as many applicants as possible. There may be other factors involved related to the dealer 's business that come into consideration in the credit application.

 

Credit lines up to $250k US:

  • Licensed dealer in good standing.

  • Company checking account.

  • Driver 's license or any government issued photo identification card.

  • Proof of full coverage insurance.

  • All references and credit checks personally and business check out.
     

Credit lines over $250k US we also require:

  • Last two years tax returns on business and owner(s) on the application.

  • Current income statement and balance sheet.

  • Prior end of year income statement and balance sheet for business.

  • Current personal financial statement.
     

Q. Can I make payments on my AFC floorplanned vehicles online?
 

A. Yes! Paying on line is as easy as 1-2-3-click using our exclusive online tool - Xpress Pay. The enrollment process is effective immediately and this is a free service. AFC Dealers can safely and securely make payments as well as view payment history from their personal computer anytime via the Xpress Pay service. Use Xpress Pay with confidence! AFC has made securing your data and communication a top priority. HTTPS is used to ensure a secured connection between your computer and AFC, and a digital certificate provided by Equifax assures that your data is shielded while in transit.
 

Q. Where can I use my line of credit?
 

A. You may use your line of credit at over 700 auctions, as well as for dealer-to-dealer transactions, customer trade-ins, online auction purchases, new car dealerships, daily rental companies, and other approved sources.
